We have a varying return & exchange policy depending on the type of product you have ordered from us.

Personalised Goods

Products that have been personalised cannot be returned for a refund or exchange because they have no resale value and are unique to the client ordering them. There is an exception to this if you have received a product that has arrived damaged or if there is a significant error in the printing process. You must contact us within 14 working days to be eligible for a refund, reprint or exchange.

What constitutes damaged goods?

A product that is ripped or is not fit for purpose because the construction has failed.

If the product has been significantly misprinted.

What does not constitute damaged goods?

Printing on fabrics sometimes causes flecks or slight spots in the print that are unavoidable due to the natural printing process. If your product has a lot of flecks or if you feel that the printing is substandard, please get in touch with us with a photo of the product or return it for inspection.

Unprinted Products

Unprinted or blank products are eligible for returns. Please contact us and return the product to us within 14 working days of receiving it. We will work with you to either issue a refund or exchange for a more suitable product.
The cost of posting any products back to us must be covered by the customer.
