What are the washing instructions for your products?
Whilst instructions may vary between products, we generally recommend not machine washing our bags as shrinkage may occur. Instead just wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Do you intend to add more styles in the future?
Yes, we intend to gradually expand our range, but first we must make sure our sourcing is up to scratch, so we can ensure we can provide you with a core range of products that are high quality and printed in a satisfactory manner. If you would like to suggest a kind of product you think we should sell, please get in touch.
Are your bags made of Certified Organic fabric?
Some of our range is constructed from Certified Organic fabric. This will be clear in the product’s description.
DESIGNING A TOTE BAG
Can you help me with my design?
We do not offer a design service, however if you are stuck please get in touch and we will assist you however we can.
How can I customise the bags?
Using our design tool you can add custom text and images to the bags, or use the images in our design library. There’s no limit to the customisation you can add. Personalised products are designs that just require you to enter a single detail (like a name).
Can I have a copy of my design after I have received my order?
This depends on whether your design uses elements that have a license that allows for digital redistribution. Elements in our design library have varying licenses, so if you want a copy of your design, get in touch with us and we will inspect your order to see if it is legible for digital distribution.
ORDERING PROCESS
Am I able to cancel/return my order?
If you’re buying a customised product, this cannot be cancelled or returned once it has been placed. This is due to the personalised nature of the product and it not having a resale value. You can return the product for a refund or replacement if it arrives faulty. More information can be found in our terms & conditions.
How much more is it to print on the second side?
It costs no extra to print on the second side of the bag, so feel free to design both sides however you like it.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
This depends on if your order has yet been processed. If your order has already been printed, it will not be possible to change your order at this stage. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you would like to change some details about your order. We will always endeavour to work with you so you can receive your order just how you want it.
PAYMENT
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we have price breaks available for ordering 1,2,10,25,50 and 100 units. Discounts are automatically deducted from your order total when adding to the cart.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit/debit card via Stripe or payment by Paypal. There is no extra charge for using either of these methods of payment, and your data is kept secure on encrypted servers.
Can I pay for my order later?
We do not offer any kind of credit terms due to the personalised nature of the products we sell. Sorry about that.
DELIVERY
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days, and delivery can take up to 4 working days. This assumes you pick the free shipping option on checkout.
What delivery methods do you use?
If you chose the free delivery option, your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Second Class Standard post. If you have paid for a faster delivery, we will either use Royal Mail First Class Standard or a next day courier to deliver your order.
Can I collect my order?
Sure, just note this in the additional instructions panel when placing your order.

All United Kingdom addresses receive free delivery, and the following countries are also available for delivery at an extra cost.
